{"id":615,"date":"2010-12-23T23:33:02","date_gmt":"2010-12-24T06:33:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=615"},"modified":"2010-12-23T23:35:15","modified_gmt":"2010-12-24T06:35:15","slug":"aaaaaahhhh-relax-tiem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=615","title":{"rendered":"Aaaaaahhhh Relax Time"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I am not on call, I have 4 days straight off, and on top of that, I get to work from home all next week because of the tasks that I got scheduled for allow me to.<\/p>\n<p>I got some time to think, maybe even pig out, yes pig out.<\/p>\n<p>This you could say is my Fat Tuesday (the whole week).<\/p>\n<p>During these 4 days I am going to plan out 2010.\u00a0 Of course a lot of those plans include training and seeing what it would take to reach those goals.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some tentative goals regarding training:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Let us start off with weight, I hope to crack 230 before the Rock N Roll run and stay under 230 (maybe even crack 220) before end of year.<\/li>\n<li>Running, I would like to run a 5k in under 25 minutes and the 1\/2 marathon in under 2hrs (although 2:15 is more realistic)<\/li>\n<li>Strength, bench my weight, squat 225, curl the 45lb dumbbells, and do unassisted dips.<\/li>\n<li>Size, fit 38 comfortably or dare a shoot for a 36?<\/li>\n<li>Bring cholesterol down<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anyway just a few to get started.<\/p>\n<p>I calculated what it would take to lose 35 lbs in 25 weeks.\u00a0 I would need to burn in access of 122500 calories over what I consume.\u00a0 That&#8217;s 4900 calories a week or 700 calories a day.\u00a0 My BMR is about 2250, so if I drop to a 2000 calorie diet, I get 250 calories.\u00a0 In addition to that, I would have to burn another 450 calories.\u00a0 That is about a 2 mile run everyday.<\/p>\n<p>I would also like to note my niece has signed up for the 1\/2 marathon as well.\u00a0 I got someone to join me.<\/p>\n<p>I know my weight is high but I need to say that this is right after dinner so it is not under the normal weighing conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Weight: 264.8<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am not on call, I have 4 days straight off, and on top of that, I get to work from home all next week because of the tasks that I got scheduled for allow me to.
