{"id":6288,"date":"2016-08-27T12:54:55","date_gmt":"2016-08-27T19:54:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=6288"},"modified":"2016-08-27T12:54:55","modified_gmt":"2016-08-27T19:54:55","slug":"bubble-run-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=6288","title":{"rendered":"Bubble Run 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ran bubble run today, got up at 4:15, but took a bit to get out of our house. \u00a0Left at 5:55AM though, got some cash from the ATM and picked up a friend, and we reached there at about 7:10AM.<\/p>\n<p>I found a place that was close but charged $10, not sure if it was worth it, I did find some street parking that hat 90 minute time limits, so I did not want to take a chance.<\/p>\n<p>Start was good, I think crowd was a bit smaller than West Seattle 5k, but I that was 1 heat, this event had an 8AM and a 9AM heat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=6290\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6290\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-6290\" src=\"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/BubbleRun2016Start-1024x93.jpg\" alt=\"BubbleRun2016Start\" width=\"640\" height=\"58\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/BubbleRun2016Start.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/BubbleRun2016Start-300x27.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/BubbleRun2016Start-768x70.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I thought this was a 5k run but it didnt feel like one. \u00a0My time for the even was<\/p>\n<p>Time:47:38<\/p>\n<p>I am logging this as a 5k but it is not one. \u00a0With all the walking, and slowing down for bubbles, my time should \u00a0have been over an hour.<\/p>\n<p>Finish was fun, got some food. \u00a0There were rows of stuff, and being one of the first ones in (I swear most people walked), we had a decent choice and seating.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=6289\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6289\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6289\" src=\"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/BubbleRun2016Finale.jpg\" alt=\"BubbleRun2016Finale\" width=\"640\" height=\"258\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/BubbleRun2016Finale.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/BubbleRun2016Finale-300x121.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On the way home was passed by some vendors selling stuff, mostly crafts. \u00a0It was interesting.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=6291\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6291\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6291\" src=\"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/MakersAtBubbleRun.jpg\" alt=\"MakersAtBubbleRun\" width=\"478\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/MakersAtBubbleRun.jpg 478w, https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/MakersAtBubbleRun-224x300.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 478px) 100vw, 478px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dropped off our friend and ran some errands. \u00a0I think we would have reached home before noon, but time is 12:54PM<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ran bubble run today, got up at 4:15, but took a bit to get out of our house. \u00a0Left at 5:55AM though, got some cash from the ATM and picked up a friend, and we reached there at about 7:10AM. &hellip;
