{"id":631,"date":"2010-12-29T19:40:08","date_gmt":"2010-12-30T02:40:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=631"},"modified":"2010-12-29T19:40:08","modified_gmt":"2010-12-30T02:40:08","slug":"ugh-so-heavy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=631","title":{"rendered":"Ugh, so heavy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tried running again, I really thought it was going to be tougher than yesterday but ran OK.\u00a0 Certainly was not in shape to go three miles.\u00a0 At 2 miles per day (1 walk 1 run) at my current weight (bleh) I would be burning 400 calories.\u00a0 Seems a lot but I think it is accurate.\u00a0 If I can stick to a 2000 calorie diet I think I will make it.\u00a0 Because my current BMR is 2354, so that burns about 700 calories per day.
