Today I reflected a bit on technology changing. \u00a0Some if it I like, like a faster computer. \u00a0I recall converting some CDs to audio MP3s over a decade ago and it took about an hour to do an audio CD.<\/p>\n
I just ripped 8 hours of audio in less than 5 minutes.<\/p>\n
Somethings I am wary of, like going to the cloud. \u00a0I have started to embrace some of it, but because some software is no longer supported, I may have to go to the cloud for my exchange mail.<\/p>\n
I am going to run some tests first, maybe create a dummy account so I don’t break my real stuff. \u00a0The cloud does offer some nice things like an offsite business continuity for someone small like me.<\/p>\n
But in 2017, I think I am going to embrace it more.<\/p>\n
Speaking of 2017, another goal maybe is to make my house smarter.<\/p>\n
