I nice chunk of that was a slice of cheese cake.\u00a0 Now that I am watching calories again, I will be careful with my intake.<\/p>\n<p>I ran a mile and walked a mile.\u00a0 It was a struggle, but I did it.<\/p>\n<p>Also I have decided to stop drinking, no more booze till after the 1\/2 marathon.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s start off with the bad news, my measurements and weight.\u00a0 These numbers are high compared to my old measurements.<\/p>\n<p>For future reference I will be using this site<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Taping\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gain-weight-muscle-fast.com\/body-tape-measurements.html\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.gain-weight-muscle-fast.com\/body-tape-measurements.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pretty depressing from this blog post 13 months ago.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Old Measurements\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lazyplayer.com\/blog\/?p=531\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.lazyplayer.com\/blog\/?p=531<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Anyway here it is<\/p>\n<p>Neck 18<br \/>\nShoulder 58<br \/>\nBicep 17<br \/>\nWrist 7.5<br \/>\nChest 53<br \/>\nWeist 49<br \/>\nHips 48<br \/>\nThigh 28<br \/>\nCalf 19<\/p>\n<p>The good news it is doable to beat.\u00a0 And I am pretty excited with the possibilities.<\/p>\n<p>Weight is high, but again, I am optimistic.\u00a0 Shoot it is just day 1 of the year and I got 25 weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Weight: 264.4<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aaaahhh.
