{"id":659,"date":"2011-01-03T21:50:29","date_gmt":"2011-01-04T04:50:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=659"},"modified":"2011-01-03T21:50:29","modified_gmt":"2011-01-04T04:50:29","slug":"no-heart-in-it","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=659","title":{"rendered":"No heart in it"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today was one of them days&#8230; you know where you are beat for one reason or another&#8230; you dread going to the gym.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the reason I was tired today was because I stayed up late googling Seahawks.\u00a0 So my lethargy is self inflicted.<\/p>\n<p>Still, I burned over 500 calories combined with my treadmill and elliptical workout.\u00a0 This does not include the weight lifting portion of my workout.<\/p>\n<p>There is something disturbing that is happening to me though, my plantar fasciitis is getting worse, I think it is time for new shoes.<\/p>\n<p>My niece also found a race in April I may near my place.\u00a0 its the Seahawks 12k run.\u00a0 That gives me a little more than 3 months to train for, I think they are asking a pace of 20 minutes per mile.\u00a0 Doesn&#8217;t seem much, maybe I should try and make it under an hour which means I have to run it at a pace of 7.5.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve done it before but not sustained for more than 2 miles.\u00a0 Today I struggled mightily for 15 minutes at 6MPH, so I certainly am out of shape.\u00a0 Plus road running is in my opinion tougher than treadmill running.<\/p>\n<p>If I can bring my weight down 10 lbs per month then I may make this goal, but that is at the edge of safe weight loss.<\/p>\n<p>If am under 250 again in a month, then maybe it is doable.<\/p>\n<p>Weight: 263.6<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today was one of them days&#8230; you know where you are beat for one reason or another&#8230; you dread going to the gym.
