Late post, I started the draft on Monday but got busy and ended up in Canada, so the following is the completed blog post for yesterday.<\/p>\n
I guess new shows do help, as well as a drink of noxplode, I thought I doing some good time, I wish I pushed it a little more to get under 35. Anyway, my time for a 5k was<\/p>\n
