My usual day includes some walking, but today I got very little steps in, I was stuck in a room on a chair for the whole day, 8 hours.<\/p>\n
I did skip breakfast and lunch cause I knew I had to make some of this up. \u00a0But I was hungry at end of the day.<\/p>\n
To make things worse I went to run with the dog and he was having none of it. \u00a0After less than a quarter mile he refused to go.<\/p>\n
I do think I need the rest though, my legs are hurting.<\/p>\n
