{"id":711,"date":"2011-01-19T20:47:31","date_gmt":"2011-01-20T03:47:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=711"},"modified":"2011-01-19T20:49:56","modified_gmt":"2011-01-20T03:49:56","slug":"actually-doing-better-than-last-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=711","title":{"rendered":"Actually doing better than last year."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I went back and looked at my blog and noticed something interesting, I am actually farther a long this year than I was last year.<\/p>\n<p>There is an outside chance I will hit 255 before the end of January, which will bring me to about my weight that I was last year.<\/p>\n<p>Another thing is that on Feb 13, 2010, my 4+ was 1:20, so I may be in better in shape at this time of the year than I was last year.\u00a0 Also recall last year I had gout which hampered my running.\u00a0 I will be really happy if I can bring my 4+ to under an hour by Feb 12.\u00a0 Completing the half in under 2h 15m now seems possible.<\/p>\n<p>If by odd luck I can bring my weight down to 220 (not just under 230) before the Rock and Roll, I will shoot to crack 2 hours.<\/p>\n<p>On another note, today we had a health and wellness class at work.\u00a0 After the class, I was actually filled with hope, it is weird, that I can be healthy and gain the confidence I had.<\/p>\n<p>Weight: 258.6<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I went back and looked at my blog and noticed something interesting, I am actually farther a long this year than I was last year.
