So I had a busy day, normally I would just settle for pushups and situps, but it is not a rest day, and I feel like it would start a trend.<\/p>\n
So at 9PM in the cold, dark, damp outside, I ran a 1 lap.<\/p>\n
Proud not that I tried, but that I didn’t give in.<\/p>\n
Still not doing a 1\/2 lap.\u00a0 Hoping by end of January I will be doing 2 miles, then end of Feb a 4 plus and end of March a 7mile.<\/p>\n
