I do forewarn that there is will be a setback.\u00a0 More later this next week.\u00a0 But I need to step up my weight loss.\u00a0 I have lost 8 lbs so far this year and at that rate I will make it.\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">If<\/span> When I crack 230, I should in really good shape and the 1\/2 marathon will be easier to do.\u00a0 There is the Seahawks 12k (little less then 7.4 miles) on April 10th I signed up for.\u00a0 I hope to run that at a 10min mile pace.\u00a0 But if I am going to crack 2 hours for the Marathon, I need to run that at a 9min 10 sec pace or better.\u00a0 So I need to finish it in 1 hour 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Weight: 256.4<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ran a four plus, I remember summer of last year, my pace was so much better.
