Today continued to prove how out of shape I am, I barely could help when we put up those screens.<\/p>\n
Ladders were rated at 225lbs I was way to heavy.<\/p>\n
My knees couldn’t deal with the heavy lifting.<\/p>\n
The only thing I was good for was ballast.<\/p>\n
