I had a long day, I went running pretty late, by the time I was out there it was pretty dark. \u00a0Also it was raining, harder than usual for my area, and a little windy, finally it was cold.<\/p>\n
Sometimes common sense needs to take over, those 4 factors, and the sign that the rain drops were stinging my exposed skin told me to cut my run short.<\/p>\n
Last night I had a great chat online with my niece Rox. \u00a0I am so proud of her, she almost finished with school and she living a balanced life. \u00a0What surprised me is she hits the gym and I kind of felt an invitation to go work out with her. \u00a0Something to aspire to, I may see here in 8 months. \u00a0Another reason to train hard so I can keep up.<\/p>\n
Today I am absolutely not worried about my weight… when I jumped on the scale I was really soaked.<\/p>\n
