I picked up my bib for RnR 2019 knowing full well I am not running it, my daughter is though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the past I would make detailed posts of what I was eating, when I would sleep and getting ready. Today, I forgot even to post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How far I have fallen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At least I am honest with myself. The real post is 4:14 AM on 6\/9, getting up right before setting off for Rock and Roll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
