{"id":928,"date":"2011-03-26T16:08:54","date_gmt":"2011-03-26T23:08:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=928"},"modified":"2011-03-26T16:11:18","modified_gmt":"2011-03-26T23:11:18","slug":"i-ran-that","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=928","title":{"rendered":"I ran that?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today was incredible, although I must say, after my run today, I feel my age, I am sure rest and healing will bring me back, I do have less than 17 hours before another long run.<\/p>\n<p>Still today was a huge accomplishment.<\/p>\n<p>My four plus was not impressive, it was in fact dreadful<\/p>\n<p>Time: 54:53<\/p>\n<p>But I was reserving some of it for my 2nd four plus.  The total time to run 2 four plus&#8217;s was 2 hours 5 minutes 45 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>I did not crack 2 hours so I did 2 punishment walks.  Total time I was out there was 2 hours 55 minutees 59 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 11 miles.  If you are looking at speed, you will be disappointed, but I am talking about distance at such an early stage.  I have 91 days, or 13 weeks before the 1\/2 marathon.  Looks like I am making up ground quick.<\/p>\n<p>Of my run today, I would say I ran 7.5 miles walking 3.5, that would total over 2000 calories.<\/p>\n<p>The other incredible thing as my weight, I am the first to admit it is mostly water, but you know if I can trim another few lbs, I will be at training weight.
