Started at a decent pace, but going up the hill, that was a chore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I pushed, maybe too hard, at the top I had a headache.  Walked the rest of the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Did go out today, wanted to go to 3R tech, ended up at RePC.
