{"id":999,"date":"2011-04-19T23:46:22","date_gmt":"2011-04-20T06:46:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=999"},"modified":"2011-04-19T23:47:52","modified_gmt":"2011-04-20T06:47:52","slug":"getting-past-the-wall","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=999","title":{"rendered":"Getting Past The Wall"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Plateau, wall, hump, whatever you call it, I&#8217;m there.\u00a0 I think this is the first hump this season. \u00a0Seems like I am not improving, I know I am based on my time, but just feel it.<\/p>\n<p>Ran a two lap this morning, I didn&#8217;t think I had it in me to crack 25 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Time: 24:55.00<\/p>\n<p>I did hit the gym this evening and was able to interval runs up to 6MPH, I will have to trim more off my time and sustain the speed if I am to crack 2 hours. \u00a0At this point I doubt I will crack two hours but there is hope I will crack last year&#8217;s time.<\/p>\n<p>Another promising thing is that I am getting faster. \u00a0If I can only breath!!! I think my time would improve dramatically.<\/p>\n<p>This is holy week and I am switching my schedule because of things we got planned.<\/p>\n<p>Today, Wednesday and Thursday will be normal workouts with the\u00a0 exception that I will not eat Thursday 9PM to Sat after my workout and 5AM.<\/p>\n<p>Friday will be light gym workout with no morning 2 lap.\u00a0 Saturday will try to do a 2 lap before breakfast and weigh in.<\/p>\n<p>Weight: 253.4<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Plateau, wall, hump, whatever you call it, I&#8217;m there.\u00a0 I think this is the first hump this season. \u00a0Seems like I am not improving, I know I am based on my time, but just feel it.
