A lot of these goals are from 2013, but I did add some personal development stuff below.
- Half Marathon Under 2 hours 15 mintes
- Seahawk 12k Under 1 hour 15 minutes
- Bench My Weight
- Curl 50 lbs 10 times (per arm)
- Four Plus under 40 minutes
- 1 lap under 9 minutes
- 1 mile on treadmill under 8 minutes
- Weight < 245 (just being realistic)
- Loose 38 jeans (
stretchreach goal of 36) and fit where they don’t fall.
- Cholesterol Total Under 200 of which LDL is under 135
- When I lift my arms up, my belly doesn’t pop out.
- Write a book
- Develop a decent Arduino product
- Take time out once a week to bring myself at peace.
- Organize my projects (office, server room, workbench area)
- Weigh in daily
