Goals for 2013

Another year, another set of goals, I have not referred to my 2012 goals page during 2012 so I kind of lost track of what I wanted to do.  So maybe one of the goals this year is to look at this page once a month.


  • Half Marathon Under 2 hours 15 mintes
  • Seahawk 12k Under 1 hour 15 minutes


  • Bench My Weight
  • Curl 50 lbs 10 times (per arm)
  • Four Plus under 40 minutes
  • 1 lap under 9 minutes
  • 1 mile on treadmill under 8 minutes

Body Stuff

  • Weight < 245 (just being realistic)
  • Loose 38 jeans (stretch reach goal of 36) and fit where they don’t fall.
  • Cholesterol Total Under 200 of which LDL is under 135
  • When I lift my arms up, my belly doesn’t pop out.


  • Post 26 videos (1 every 2 weeks) on youtube
  • Develop a decent Arduino product
  • Two Hiking Trips
  • Light up house for Halloween or Christmas with music
  • Check this page once a month
  • Weigh in and publish on blog at least once a week
