Clicking In My Hips

Weird feeling in my hips again, all I can describe it is a clicking feeling, like my joints are slipping. Going to rest another day.  I think it is the prudent thing to do. It is sore.

Motivated Run

Went running today again, same Cedar River run of about 2 miles. Still slow, but I did an informal tracking, clocking in the two miles at 45 minutes.  Long for sure, but motivated.  I didn’t walk much. Weight: 299.0
