- 1 mile on treadmill under 9 minutes
- Achieve a fitbit badge three times a week.
- Weight < 245 (just being realistic)
- Loose 38 jeans (
stretchreach goal of 36) and fit where they don’t fall.
- Cholesterol Total Under 200 of which LDL is under 135
- When I lift my arms up, my belly doesn’t pop out.

- Take time out once a week to bring myself at peace.
