Toto, full name “Mister Totoro Apolonio”, has been my buddy for over 10 years. He was born October 10, 2014, we discovered him Dec 4, 2014, and he stood out at the Humane Society like he chose us.
This was when we still had our Samsung Galaxy S III. He was the fluffiest of the litter, but he came to us.
Next day December 5, 2014 I went early to Humane Society, and got him. I was 2nd in line.
Since then he has been a constant companion. He is in both my google and facebook profile
Eleven years seems too short for a Jack Russel, but he is considered a Senior Dog. I take comfort in giving him a good stable home, a healthy life, and most of all a lot of love.
As I begin to author this page, he is still with us, and vet did warn of his decline, my coworker did tell me “Better a month Early than a Day Late”. I want one last weekend blast with him. My heart wants him to live longer, but my head says he will be in pain. Luckily, I had PTO scheduled, and we will make it a good weekend.
He will always have a place in my heart. I hope to see him again someday.
