Goals for 2011

Ah, the last day of 2010 is here and I really really want to put it in my rear view mirror.

I look forward to a new year because it does signal a new start.  In more practical terms, no more holidays, back to business.

Races

  • Half Marathon in 2 hours 15 minutes
  • 5k under 26 minutes

Performance

  • Chinups 10
  • Dips 10
  • Pushups 40
  • Deadlift 2x weight 8 times
  • Bench my weight
  • Curl 50 lbs 10 times
  • Four Plus – under 40 minutes
  • 1 lap – under 9 minutes
  • 1 Mile on treadmill in 8 minutes (7.5 MPH for 8 minutes)

Body Stuff

  • Weight <230 by 1/2 marathon 225 steady by end of year
  • 36 waist (or new smaller size weight belt)
  • Blood Pressure 115-125(systolic) 80-85(diastolic)
  • Cholesterol Total Under 200 LDL under 135
