  • Half Marathon Just Finish

Performance

  • Complete Fitbit Challenge once a week
  • 1 lap under 12 minutes
  • 1 mile on treadmill under 10 minutes

Body Stuff

  • Weight < 270 (just being realistic)
  • Loose 38 jeans (stretch reach goal of 36) and fit where they don’t fall.
  • Cholesterol Total Under 200 of which LDL is under 135
  • When I lift my arms up, my belly doesn’t pop out.
