Here are goals I am trying to Reach

Career

  • VCP4

Fitness

  • Weight: 235lbs
  • Bench: 225 (2 x 45lbs plates per side) 10 reps
  • Curl:  50lbs 10 reps
  • Pullups (Unassisted): 10
  • Chinups (Unassisted): 10
  • Dips (Unassisted): 10
  • Push Ups 34 in Two Minutes
  • Sit Ups 38 in Two Minutes
  • Run 2 miles in 18:18 (about 6.4MPH)
