How can something so small that tastes so good be so bad for you?
This little roll packs an awesome taste in such a small package. I like it.
But I looked at the nutrition info on this little piece
Oh the humanity, I can eat one of these with 1 bite (maybe 2) is 220 calories (half of which is fat) worth it? I need to run a mile to burn this stuff off.
Here is my position on this, you can’t live life without enjoying the little pleasures that come around, but don’t overindulge, understand what you are eating, understand what it will do to you.
220 calories is a 1 mile run for me (just a hair over). I’m willing to live with that cause this little devil is worth it.
