I told my PT that next time we met, I wanted to be running a mile nonstop.
Today I hit 3/4 of a mile on Cedar River.
2.5 miles in 50:55.9
So close to cracking 50 and being officially faster than 3mph. Speed is not the goal though, weight is. Need to keep that in mind.
