Pushing my run

I told my PT that next time we met, I wanted to be running a mile nonstop.

Today I hit 3/4 of a mile on Cedar River.

2.5 miles in 50:55.9

So close to cracking 50 and being officially faster than 3mph. Speed is not the goal though, weight is. Need to keep that in mind.

Living the single dad life for a week while my wife heads over to Hawaii.

Here is my weigh in today, after my workout though I was close to 340.

Weight: 343.6
