Eating before a workout

I needed to go home early today so I hit the gym early.

Thing is I was on the treadmill 2 hours after I ate which I thought was enough time to digest.

But boy did I struggle, felt so bloated.  Maybe its was what I ate, spaghetti.

Still it was a struggle to get above 5MPH.  I wasn’t tired as much as I was full.

Anyway, looking forward to an easy day tomorrow since I am going home early again to continue working on our deck.
