Is this what it takes

Man, is this what it takes to lose 10 lbs in 3 weeks?

I ran a four plus

Time: 54:39

Pretty sad, but not as bad as it could be, things still can change, I got exactly 14 weeks to improve my time.

Then added a 1 lap run and 2 laps of walking (actually ran the last 1/2 to make up some walking I had to do in the four plus).

So that totals to about 5.5 miles of running and 2 miles of walking, totaling 1400 calories. Geez is this what it takes for the next 20 days?

On a side note, I know I completed this entire route within 2 hours and 25 minutes which is what I believe is the max time for the Seahawks 12k. I did start cramping, but also there were significant lights in my route this week.

Finally, my weight… this is lower than I expected, but it is official. Suddenly, I think I can do this.
