Moving operations from the garage to the basement.
Got a good PC down there and setup some lights.
I think the first order of business is to get a comfortable working station down there, got the PC, but need to reorient somethings.
Also need a better chair.
Also got wordpress to display custom PHP code, this will allow me to look up status of the home via wordpress.

Woke up today early, went to bed at 1AM and woke up at 6AM and stayed in bed for a bit.
My son ran 13miles (a half marathon) around Lake Young today. Weather was great for running. Started about 8/8:15 and was done about 10AM. He did his 1/2 marathon un under 1:50 which really is impressive.
After that we went home for a bit then headed to Renton River Days at about 11:30AM. Amazing he had energy to do that.
At 2:30 we got home and I slept another 4 hours to about 6:30.
Felt busy but basically just did RRD and a walk around Lake Young.
I am pretty sure I was lighter but forgot what I weighed in at, pretty sure I am bloated from something.

Finally learning a lot about Home Assistant. I do not think this is for anyone.
Anyway, I need to figure out how to backup the zigbee configuration.
Slept well, first time fitbit said I had a good sleep. I do not recall the last time it said that.
Rest day though so didn’t get my steps.
Pretty brutal headache at end of day, maybe sleep early again?

Disappointed with the air quality monitor, looks like you need to give it Internet access to tie in to Home Assistant. But looks like you can still grab data via bluetooth. Still disappointed.
Exhaustion catching up with me again, luckily tomorrow is a slow day and I am done with all I need to do today including my steps and stairs.

With my breathing issues it is time I got something to monitor the indoor air quality in my home.
So I purchased this
It was really pricey at $250.00USD but it was well regarded and works with home assistant.
Hopefully we can find out what is going on and resolve these asthma (and dog coughing) issues.

Got some new sensors installed
Got some temperature humidity barometric pressure sensors.
But that bottom unit should be familiar and is not new.
I flashed the unit with tasmota which should make management of the device easier.
Tasmota is the software I envisioned but someone more clever already built it.

There is this about 9 mile route called Lake young my kids have done.
Not even close to having the legs to do this. But I am putting it on the list to do.
Got couple things done today, lights are up (the two that was delivered).
Speaking of delivery, first time a received a bag with nothing in it from Amazon.
On the IoT space, the RXB12 are all in (except for 1 intentionally not). Tomorrow they get installed in their production locations.

For a much cheaper unit, I paid 19.65USD which includes shipping and tax for 15 units, I think it is worth it.
Still not close like the whatever the Sonos uses but better than the RXB6.
I am going with these modules from now on.
