I was surprised, today visited my personal trainer for a health review and I was heavy, but my muscle improved and fat went down.
So, may be heavy, but strength coming back.

It is under 15 minutes to midnight and I just barely passed the 12000 mark.
Was pushing it hard on the treadmill at work. It was the first time I went to the gym at work since Covid started.
I was on the treadmill for about 75 minutes and got about 8500 steps. The first hours was about 2.8MPH, then I went down to a cool down walk for 5 minutes. Every minute I went down a bit from 2.3 down to 0.5MPH. I then pushed it again for another 10 minutes.
I was still short by 350 steps but a few more steps to my desk and a bit more around the office completed my walk to 12000 steps.
Pretty hard but got it done.
This is the heaviest weight I am going to be this year. I start trimming down now.
Weight: 335.2
Even though I was on the east coast, my body clock is off. I think part of it was the brutal trip and weird lost hour.
Slept a bit during the day to try and catch up.
Also ate a LOT, first time I ate at a restaurant where you cook your own food.
Weight is going to be higher than this.
Weight: 334.2
Mad dash home starts now. Am posting early because I am not sure what time I will actually get back home.
What makes it worse is we lost an hour. So actually running on an hour less sleep.
Will edit this post below here.
Edit: made it home before midnight and with DST time went back to normal on wordpress.
Finally home sweet home
Today drove to Niagara Falls to check it out.

Was cold, and we enjoyed ourselves there.
Last full day here, it was a good trip.
Tonight we are cheated by an hour though, we lose an hour. So if you go to bed at midnight and get up and 7AM you would have only gotten 6 hours of sleep.
Would like to try and come back here again.
Been here for 4 days now, body still feels like it is in Seattle time.
Heck when I am working I am still treating the day like I am in Seattle.
They sure don’t mess around with the snow plow here, getting my steps and floors done though.

They now how to drive here.
Stuck in a foreign country and don’t have the same resources I have at home.
Gonna be boring.
Already getting tired of “snack” food.
Even though the hotel room has a decent kitchen.
Anyway, got a gym and multiple floors to meet my goals so no excuse.
Body still on West Coast time, made worse because I still work when my team mates are working.
So when we are done at 5 it is already 8 for me.
As I post it is 11PM, I should go to bed.
Rocked the steps though, still keeping up.
So used to putting a weight after my posts, doesn’t feel right.
I rarely go to the East coast, yet here I am, it was a pretty flight.

Unfortunately this trip was an emergency for a sick relative.
Not sure how to deal with the time zone change.
May laptop and fitbit are still in Pacific Time, but my phone and physical body isn’t.
I did hit 12k steps and 10 floors before it hit midnight here.
Another interesting thing I did not realize, is when I come back DST kicks in again.
So yesterday was the last of my posts till DST.
I dont usually snack at night, but my meal schedule is messed up.
There is a stairwell so I got my 10 floors using it and half my steps were in the gym.
Weird flew thousands of miles but barely got 6k steps.
Weight: 332.6
Going to be a brutal day, I used to like traveling even for business.
Getting too old for this.
