Have a small to do list, but still a lot of things to do, meaning there are tasks I am missing and need to plan it up.

Had a lot of goals when I started the year, haven’t started it.

Got a new device today, a writing tablet. Will review, add that review to my list of things.

No Plan for 2023 yet

Saw my PT person today, what I came out of it is although I have goals I don’t have a plan for this year (2023) and this is for both financial, health, and the home.

Tomorrow is Finance Friday and the start of the weekend, need to find some time to plan.

CentOS 7 doesnt support new CPU

Got the CPU in today, but after wasting a bunch time trying to install CentOS 7 on it.

At first I blamed the motherboard, it is an ASUS Prime B550-plus. I even upgraded the firmware.

Then I tried another Linux, Rocky 9 and low and behold it worked.

Did a bit of research, looks like was the CPU, CentOS 7 does not work on newer AMD Ryzen 5500 CPUs

Mom went back to Hawaii today, always wonder if that will be the last time I see her, I treated it as such.

Barely Making Minimum Workout

Trying to get this post out before 11pm doing it as I walk around RTC.

I just need 2000 steps, but I need floors as well.

Went to Casino one last time before my mom goes back to Hawaii. Probably will lay off for at least 3 months.

Saw son swim meet as well, he did good.

Been a busy day of work xmas decorations are all down.

Bad Habits Back

Eating late at night and wasting money in the casino. Need to reign that in.

I did resume one habit (determination), that is not letting light rain stop me from my walk.

It was late at night, just got home and it is nearly 10PM, a Carhartt jacket sure did help, I am happy at how dry it kept me. Still just 6k steps, pretty sure it will hit 7k before I go to bed.

Of future note, a U route around RTC with a second time up the hill slope is about 4500 and 10 floors.

Saw my cardiologist today, good news, good a healthy heart.

Seahawks going to playoffs, woohoo.

Weight is high end due to late night snacking. Hopefully that is an anomaly and tomorrow I will be back to normal.

Seahawks Got A Chance

Probably not going to make my 10k steps today, so I got my 6k + workout.

It was so close, went into overtime. Was a great game.

Now as I post Detroit Lions just scored a touchdown. If the Lions beat the Green Bay packers the Seahawks get into the playoffs.

I got keypass working now need a server to share the password.

I could use bitwarden, but decided to stick with keypass because I understand it more.

Airport is a 24 hour facility that has a lot of lighting stairs, dry, and is safe, so I am headed there to get my steps in.

Getting Steps And Floors in

Doing great on the steps for 2023, for reference when I go to work i can count on 4000 steps there.

Was pretty trivial to get the 6000 around RTC

Anyway, been a great day otherwise. Busy had a great 8 hour sleep.

Burning off some energy makes me sleep well, need to remember that.

Another 12k Steps

Going to reach another 12k in steps for the second day in a row.

Legs are hurting, so i think I may be pushing too soon.

Tomorrow will drop back to 10k or even 6k if I am in pain.
