Got a lot accomplished at work today, now need to figure out a way to ansible playbook them. I been told to take the weekend off, I dont feel like we can though. Too much to do.
But I do plan on forgetting about work for tomorrow.
Weight finally back under 330.

After a long day at work, I thought I would have a chance to hit the pool, went there and half the pool was closed, not sure why, but was too crowded for me.
I was tired, I left and got 3000+ steps at Lowes.
As I post, my watch says 9999 steps.

Not even a week and there was another power outage. My main file server is showing problems. Hoping it is just a race condition where it booted up before other services were available.
One thing is clear, I need to set up a simple network where family can press a few buttons and insure things are up.
Work is getting better though, but busy, so I need to the home network to just stabilize.
Not much going on this weekend, wish I had time to order things to help with the network

Left work a little early to have a last run at Renton Farmers Market.

Kind of sad, but end of summer it is. With that said, I told my daughter when Farmer’s Market opens next summer I want to be 270lbs.
I should have had dinner with wife and kids instead of holding out for a weigh in at home.

A lot of stuff around the house is still down. This weekend I think I got some time back and will go back to the pool.
I may need smart switch here and there, maybe a wifi bridge. A lot of the problem is they are stuck behind things.
Weight is up there again. Getting steps in but not in a place to eat healthy. But a lot of this was self inflicted over the past few days especially the fair.
Still, I am not officially back over 330

I think I hurt my knee yesterday, I did a LOT of walking, I did crack 15k steps, but this morning me left knee was hurting a lot, my hips too.
I spent most of the day recovering, and watching football.

This was on of those busy, accomplished days
It was a milestone day due to making my goal. So I am rewarded

What a stressful day at about 3AM the power flickered in my home and a bunch of circuits popped causing my servers to go down.
At about 4AM everything went down. This caused me lost hours of sleep and no CPAP.
Luckily my wife had a morning appointment so I had a bit of rest but I was exhausted.
At about 2PM I checked out the area and saw this

It was not till 8PM when power was restored. This really hurt my schedule. Didn’t get to do a proper reconcile of my finances, and my steps finished late.
This will hurt my run tomorrow.

I was supposed to trend down, but with now swimming, eating bad, and weird sleep, it all adds up to weight gain.
I am keeping up with the 10k steps. Almost there today, I can easily finish it at home. If I can keep it a little down, I can bounce back Sat after parkrun.
