Seahawks played its first game of the year and won.
I did not do much today, I rested a lot. Debating if I should go to work tomorrow. I am at the edge.
Maybe will go in late.

Taking a needed one week break from swim. Next swim will be a week from tomorrow.
I need it, all day been on and off sleeping, still recovering. Lost sense of smell and taste, last time it took 5 days but with paxlovid. Will see if it will come back in 5 days for me.

Forced myself out and got steps, is a struggle.

Been feeling tired and weak today, this covid hit today when I thought it was behind me.
But I did push through, body weak, will still there to overcome.

Fact is I was exposed to someone with covid, as I am posting my swap is being testing.
Been a rough few days, but hydration, food and sleep got me back.
Got my third swim of the week and my steps done, I think I am good for this week.

Hoping I am in the clear with this illness though.

Saw a Chicago and Earth Wind & Fire concert today. First time at Climate Pledge Arena.
Everything was expensive, parking $50, food $50, shirt $50, but outside afterwards we got some cheaper stuff like food and clothes. $10 for a hot dog and $20 for another shrt.
I am beat, got a headache too, need to sleep.

Didn’t feel like a holiday, went to work and did work from home.
I did get swim in this morning, but it is because the Y closed early.
Dropped off my son at PLU, I need some sleep, gonna be a tough 48 hours.

Thrown a little off schedule today, went to the YMCA and there were no lifeguards, so they did not have the lap pool open. Going to try and reschedule for tomorrow.
Also misjudging sunset, need to realize sunset is around 7PM for the month of September.
The weight below is my morning weight, the past couple weeks I been taking the lowest weight of the day. I am pretty sure if I swam it would be lower.
Didn’t get my floors and steps done, but it is only 8:35 as I post so still some time. I will edit post if I do not make it.

Looking back at July 30th, I did lose 10lbs in a month. So it is possible.
There is an outside chance I can crack 300 before the end of the year.
On June 21, started swimming, and made it a goal of 3 days a week.
Couple milestones I want to note as well, on July 25th I cut out added sugar and limited my intake of carbs, that seem to help the most.
Although I cracked 330 4 days ago, I want to note it here, last day of the month. Let’s see if I can crack 320 by end of September.
