I thought my knee was good, but I think I hurt it, not sure when. I was on the treadmill today and it had a minor buckle or two.
Got through it but kind of worried. Need to increase strength again.

Got my steps done early today but not the floors.
With the extra time, I cleaning up my office. It is a mess and all of the junk has been transferred to the living room.
Following the same play is the bedroom, evacuate then reinstate.

Over the weekend my weight has not gone down a lot. I think I may have eaten unhealthy stuff, not sugary just high carbs.
Hoping the weight slide continues. I will feel better if I touch under 330 again.
Did swim today, but am worn down.

Been a while since I had a free evening, but got my steps and floors done early today.
Also some chores done, threw out a bunch of stuff, house is opening up.
Still a lot to go, but nice imporvement at home.

Got my son financing done for school, crazy how expensive it is.
Anyway he should be set once he heals.
Weight went up a bit, kind of expected.

I know it is unsustainable, but in about a month I lost 10lbs, but it is in the realm of possibility for me to come under 300lbs by the end of the year.
It is nice to see weight trending down, since I been recording my weight in a database, I have only cracked 330 once and that was yesterday, admittedly under weird circumstances.
Thirty lbs in 4 and a half months, it is doable.

So the big story from yesterday was that my son cut himself trying to climb over this barrier

Look like as he was going over his knee caught on the fence and his leg got gashed, but there was some internal damage that we had to deal with.
His XC season my not be lost though, as bad as yesterday was looks like he was doing good today.
We went to PLU today to finalize and answer some questions

Trying to delay some of these things.
Anyway I am beat, got my steps and swim done. That is good considering I got home at 3AM and still got up to drive all the way to PLU to do this.
So great note, cracked 330, but I know this will go up, after I eat dinner.

USA tied for first in gold but rocking the over all medal count.
Was a fun one, totally worth the peacock subscription.
Now time to figure out how to cancel.
On to the bedroom, spent way to much time trying to get it up, but it is in a useable state.
Now trying to figure out the new wiring.
Finally, next overhaul, but not renovation is my office. Realize that I need to remove junk from office and readd in like how we did in bedroom.
