Work wore me down last night, wore me down more today. No energy after work. At least I got a lot done. Time to take a break. Glad the weekend is here.

Did an IoT exhibit, wish I took a picture. But things went so fast today. Not sure why but the wifi seemed to be interfered by the Mifi. Finished the day off with a Flu shot.

Had a Visit with the specialist today, next week I meet with a nutritionist. Figuring out a better healthy life. Now need to figure out the sleep thing.

Woke up, got my stuff ready, and drove to the pool Bummer, no swim. Went home and chilled. Anyway watched the seahawks win an incredible game. Can’t sleep now, heart and adrenaline is still pumping.
