For the 1/2 marathon I switched from a stability+ shoe to a stability shoe which was a lighter better performing shoe but at the cost of less support.
Since I switched shoes, the pain has returned in my foot. So now I will be switching back to the stability plus shoe. I will use the stability shoe just on a padded treadmill.
Speaking of treadmill, remember yesterday I felt like I could run forever on the treadmill. What a difference road miles are, it felt like a struggle, but not as much of a struggle as Monday.
I ran 1 lap today and walked 1. My time for 1 lap
