Calf Feeling Better

My warmup treadmill run was much better today.

I was able to maintain 5mph for nearly 25 minutes.  I am pretty sure I could have gone faster but I did not want to risk it.

Normally Thursday is a low workout day, its been a low workout day everyday since I got hurt, but I did workout more than usual.  Tomorrow I will rest since Saturday is a the Torchlight run.
