What the heck happened

Did I gain almost 9 pounds in 24 hours?

Well, probably, but  its not all that bad… when I weighed in yesterday after my run I was probably dehydrated.  I put my weight at closer to 248, but I think I am also bloated from crap (literally).  I did eat some junk food at Renton River days.

I predict, like last week, my weight will drop to under 250 by Wednesday.  Maybe sooner, I do feel like Mt St. Helens and I am ready to erupt.

May walk this evening as it cools down, but will still do yoga.
