Something is certainly upsetting the chemistry in my body. I suspect something is stuck in my and either I need a good barf or nice long crap.
I ran a 5k today and my time was “within parameters” but I was still disappointed with my time. I feel like I should be running my 5k under 35 minutes and getting closer to 30 minutes each try.

But during the run I really felt like throwing up… like I mentioned above, something not right is in me and wants to get out. I am glad that I was able to push and get past this, really showed some heart and fortitude.
Look at my weight… I am not surprised… watch, it will come down drastically and I foresee a super excellent workout.
