So much to do, but as football season winds down, my schedule opens up a bit.
But I want to start planning my weeks, here is an example for next week
Sunday – Light Run (ok Super bowl is this day so count this next week)
Monday – Longer Run (5k)
Tuesday – Light Workout
Wednesday – Gym w/ Treadmill
Thursday – Light Workout
Friday – Rest Light Workout
Saturday – Weekly Long Run
Will tweak this during the week and try to get more into detail.
Today just doing pushups and situps.
