Third PT Visit

Second week (third visit) of PT and I thought I was feel better, and I am, but today they introduced an exercise that I could not do.

They had me stand on block with me left leg and I could not push up on it.

Hoping things get better. Been a busy day too but I got my steps done early.

Should go to bed early.

Gonna Sleep Good Tonight

Feeling tired, but got my 12k steps and 10 floors.

I am going to bed early, probably gonna sleep early tonight.

Got a lot going, hoping tomorrow will be easier.

PT Working

Had a Physical Therapy today, and I must say, I am not only feeling better but learning a lot. I have identified a muscle that is overworked and massaging that muscle really makes me feel better.

This will be an exciting 8 weeks.

Last night I was challenged, to make a boot usb to flash an HBA. There was a LOT involved.

One thing I learned is that Windows 98 does not run well on a modern desktop even in a VM.

Anyway went to bed at 5AM negating the mass of sleep I had Sunday.

Strong Walk

Recorded over 10k steps in one shot this evening. Took about 2 hours and I feel great.

Still, took a bit out of me, maybe because when I got home I did not cool down.

I should schedule in stretching into my workouts.

Tired But did 12k

I was thinking today was going to be a true rest day. I slept for so long, and I think it was needed. Went to bed at midnight, got up at 7AM for an hour or two, then woke up again at 1PM.

So I actually took it easy for most of the day, but then I started on my walk and pushed through. Actually completed 12k today.

Did not do my NAS expansion, too tired.

Body is sore right now.

Going to bed early.

Weight is really high, I think it is going to drop quickly in a day or two.

49ers lost, felt good.

A Week Completing Fitbit

Did it, and I am sore, but finished my first full week of fitbit goals.

But wow am I sore.

Gonna sleep well tonight.

In hindisght though I should have just did 2 miles this AM.

Pushed too hard.

Walking in Place

Admittedly, walking is not as easy as walking a length. Not sure why, but it feel harder to hit 100 steps.

As I post I only need 3000 more steps to hit 12k. So I can do it.

But I am putting on a coat and walking outside to get some steps.

Physical Therapist 2023

Wow, saw the PT today, and I think they nailed what is going on with me. We believe it is a muscle in mu buttocks.

She had me do a clamshell exercise and I do feel the pain.

Also got the remaining parts for my FreeNAS extension. It should go online this weekend.

Been Feeling Better

Hitting my fitbit goals, and even though it is 10k been hitting 12k.

I think this is the part I get stronger and lighter.

Got most of the parts for my new disk add ons except the most important one, the hard drives.

Pushing my fitbit goals

As I post I have about 870 steps left to hit 12k.

So I am passing the minimum goal of 6k, reaching the fitbit goal of 10k and almost hit the max 12k

Physically feeling sore but really happy emotionally. I am doing it.
