Finally done, taxes filed, one last thing to do, pack.

Walked late, and got home when dark at about 9:10PM Still a lot of time but too tired.

I got a new USB camera dedicated to physical view and using my stream deck more.

Amazing how waking up 30 minutes late can throw your day off.
I didn’t have time get to the office to make my meeting, then realized I had couple long meetings in two hours. Not worth getting dressed and going in.
Then I went to work from home, got some good stuff done, but I needed to do something in the office.
But my son was running and I wanted to watch him, was cold, jacket not thick enough.
After the meet, I was tired and went home. Took a breather and here I am in the office. It is about 10:51PM as I post, and I am over 3000 steps short of 10k, and need 3 more floors.
I will make it, but it is a rush, and a consequence of waking up 30 minutes late.

Felt good today, got some sleep, still working on more sleep but I am getting energy back.
Got my steps done with a mix of walking at work and around the neighborhood.
I feel like I am on the right track.

Been having bad sleep hygiene, need to learn to go to bed sooner, but been so busy,
Anyway today I got most of my steps done early, was so tired to finish last 3k steps.
Hit it in the gym, hoping to get some good sleep tonight.
