Plantar and Walks

Got my 10000 steps and 10 floors. Primarily through the office. But I noticed my plantar fasciitis is back. I rested a bit when I was done and my feet hurt.

Thinking of going to bed early. I really should. Workout done, just need to blog.

I thought I would have more time, but the days are short.

Been tired a lot lately, can’t shake the tired feeling.

Evening naps cannot be healthy.

Too tired to get on my training.

Seahawks Win, Barely

Watched the Seahawks play today, was pretty exciting.

Before that went to the range, got my son to shoot for the first time. It was an adrenaline rush for him.

While at the range I heard someone blasting away, asked him what that was, its was a Dessert Eagle.

Winter Maintenance

Getting the house ready for the winter. We

  • Cleaned the gutters
  • Ordered pump for mild flooding
  • Cleaned living room
  • Put away some summer stuff

Work Laptop Rebuilt

Day wasn’t that spectacular, I got some stuff done, but still spent the evening relaxing.

Still feel like I need some better sleep though.

I got my work laptop rebuilt from C7 to R9 MATE.

Encrypted the home disk, need that protected.

Holding Finances Together

Kind of in a slump financially, but it isn’t bad. I had to take money from savings in order to make ends meet.

With that said, I am actually not living paycheck to paycheck, its worrying that I had to dip into savings. My mid term plans forecasted this, but if I can keep expenses down for another 3 months it should turn favorable again.

It is what it is.

PLU College Visit

Took my youngest son to Pacific Lutheran University. I like how he was excited to go there. If he does go there, I hope he can take advantage of the contacts he will make.

I did get my steps done there and found a hill or two.

Before we left PLU I was done with my fitbit goals.

Been busy with work, but still have a lot of time on my hands. But to wet to walk.

Too tired to go to the gym. Burned out a bit on work and training.

Another Brutal Day

Still feeling tired a lot, thought a decent night of sleep would make me feel better.

It did not, I still feel tired, like I need a nap again.

Gonna try and commit to an early sleep.

I think I need a good long 8 hours of sleep.

Daylight Fall Back 2023

I thought I would have a better sleep with an extra hour of sleep last night, but most of the day I was so tired.

I must remember to finish posting by 11PM instead of midnight.

Took a nap in the afternoon and felt better, but still wondering why I need so much sleep.

Got some more of my SSL network setup.

Been weighing in at a high stretch lately. Hoping it is temporary.
