No Ambien Last Night

Not intentional, but I did not take some ambien last night. Nor did I wear my CPAP. So I was still tired today. Hoping to reach that point when I am not taking ambien and I dont have sleep apnea.

Recording FM Radio

Did an IoT exhibit, wish I took a picture. But things went so fast today. Not sure why but the wifi seemed to be interfered by the Mifi. Finished the day off with a Flu shot.
