Foot Way Better

I think I can go to work tomorrow again. Foot feels way better, not good enough to run, but I think I can do normal pushups and situps again. Hope to resume my schedule again tomorrow.

Worst Seems Over

The worst of the bout with gout is over.  I hope. I can start to get around without crutches, still am in pain though. Luckily my boss said I can work from home tomorrow. Just doing pushups and situps.
