Gout is 85% healed

I still can’t run, and pushups and situps will still be a challenge, but I think the worst is behind me.

Other than my workout, I am going to resume my regular day.

Unfortunately it is football season, so I been kind of lazy.

Just doing pushups and situps (cheating kind).
