Must be the cold weather, but my joints are hurting, especially my elbows.
I notice when I go out I have a hard time breathing, as long as I stay in the warm confines of our house I am better (not great though).
Hoping when warmer weather comes things will get better. Still need to power through the pain.
Didn’t do much today, like I said, the days have been a blur, I did set up a minecraft server for my son.
