Signed up for a 3 month program called lifestyle 365, which is ironic because today is traditionally quitters day.

We will see how it goes, I really need some sort of change to boost myself.

It was weird staying under 140 pulse BPM. Felt easy.

I promised myself to go to bed earlier. Take care of myself better, not snack too late.

Another milestone of weight.

Here is a change though, changing to morning weigh ins again, so this is the last nightly weigh in.
