Handling Mile At Cedar River

Did cedar river today, the first mile was good, I did not walk, albiet slow,

but the first mile was 17:29.67

and overall the two miles I did it in 42:56.33 which walking the second half it kind of explains why.

Did a quick review of where I want to be, looks like March 15 of last year I was 299.8 right before the lockdowns. So that minus 10lbs is the return to work goal. So 289.8

On Sep 5, of 2018, I did Cedar River in 43:59, so wow, I beat it with todays time, but on that day’s blog post, about cracking 275. So that is what my second year end goal is, actually make that 270 sometime during the year for 3 consecutive days and finish off 2021 no heavier than 275.

Speaking of weight, 25.2 lbs away from my return to work goal. 10lbs a month and I should be that before summer. 5lbs per month after that and I should be 275 before end of fall. A little push here and there and I should get three days under 270.

Also want to do Cedar River within 30 minutes.
